DF635A Series
The DF635A series consists of straight board-to-board connectors featuring a 0.635mm pitch and an 8.0mm mating height. They utilize a floating structure that allows for ±0.5mm movement in the X and Y directions after mating, effectively absorbing mounting misalignment and vibration. The low-profile receptacle features a sidewall design that prevents the adhesion of foreign matter, such as flux, while the plug's contact geometry provides a concentrated-load wiping action; this dual mechanism ensures high contact reliability.
