Before delivering each assembled connector to our customers, we conduct thorough testing. Here, we leverage a comprehensive quality control system, utilizing various measuring and analytical instruments, from materials to finished products. We maintain and manage quality, including environmental considerations, to provide reliable products that give our customers peace of mind and satisfaction. This includes testing the connectors' functionality through various electrical tests such as high-voltage testing, crosstalk testing, and short-circuit testing, followed by a final visual inspection. This ensures we are always ready to receive top-quality connectors. Our pre- and post-manufacturing processes are 100% quality-conscious, starting with inspecting inventory items requiring numerous testing characteristics and ending with final manufacturing checks. All of our production equipment is equipped with Kyomori-Ka's proprietary online inspection system, achieving 100% assurance through automated control. Furthermore, profile sampling performance evaluation, conducted in parallel with online inspection, ensures long-term consistent quality. Through this process, Kyomori-Ka guarantees 100% good performance of its connectors.
