DF635B Series
The DF635B series connectors have a pitch of 0.635 mm and a mating height of 8.0 mm, making them straight connectors for board-to-board parallel connections. They employ a floating structure, allowing movement of ±0.5 mm in the XY directions during mating, thus absorbing circuit board installation misalignment and vibration, and improving contact reliability. Furthermore, the socket connectors feature a low-profile design with sidewalls to prevent the adhesion of foreign matter such as flux during installation. The plug connectors' contact shape incorporates a mechanism to enhance concentrated load and eliminate foreign matter (wiping effect), thereby achieving high contact reliability.

◆The Connector Features an Insulating Bottom Wall on its Rear Side, Which Helps Minimize Pattern-Restricted Areas. This Configuration Also allows for Signal Routing Between Opposing Terminals, Making it Suitable for High-Density Mounting.
◆Supports the Use of Multiple Units on the Same Board; Products with Different Stacking Heights Offer Consistent Compatibility, Saving Both Cost and Space.
