HF33 Series
The HF33 series is a space-saving product with a narrow pitch and low back, measuring 0.2mm in pitch, 0.95mm in height, and 3.2mm in width. [Vertical width when the flip cover is locked: 3.2mm] It features a bottom contact point, a front latch, and is suitable for 0.2mm thick FPC. The fit can be visually confirmed. The latch uses an easy-to-operate flip cover design.

Product Features
Ultra-slim design featuring a connector height of 0.95 mm and a mounting width of 3.20 mm for space efficiency.
PCB footprint reduced by approximately 40% and connector weight by approximately 50% (compared to our HF61 series, an 80-pin, 0.3 mm pitch connector).
◆ Type Featuring Additional Fixed Welding Tabs at Both Ends of the ProductReinforced components have been added, improving operability when opening and closing the push rod.
◆ Easy to Mount on Circuit Boards
The connector features a dual-row lead arrangement (front and back) with a 0.4 mm pitch, facilitating installation.
This makes installation very easy.
◆ Easily Insert the FPC Ribbon Cable
The FPC positioning mechanism enables temporary fixation and precise installation;
it allows the FPC to be temporarily locked while inserted, ensuring accurate mating and positioning,
and enhances the FPC's retention force once locked.
◆ Compatible With 0.2 mm Thick FPC CablesThe stiffener of the FPC ribbon cable has moderate hardness,
which prevents the FPC from deforming and avoids malfunctions during insertion and mating.
◆ The Flip-Lock System Delivers Exceptional Operational PerformanceThe flip-lock (one-touch rotation) ZIF structure ensures an easy and secure FPC connection.
An audible click upon locking prevents incomplete engagement.
◆ No Keep-Out Zones are Required on the Bottom of the Connector.
The bottom of the connector is covered with resin to prevent the terminals from being exposed.
This means there are no restrictions on the printed circuit board pattern, thereby increasing design flexibility.
◆ Automatic Installation
Embossed packaging allows for automatic mounting (5,000 pieces per reel).
◆ Complies With RoHS Environmental Requirements
Halogen-Free
Chlorine or bromine levels exceeding the standard limits are not used in the connectors.
Defined in accordance with IEC 61249-2-21.
