HF33 Series
The HF33 series is a space-saving product with a narrow pitch and low back, measuring 0.2mm in pitch, 0.95mm in height, and 3.2mm in width. [Vertical width when the flip cover is locked: 3.2mm] It features a bottom contact point, a front latch, and is suitable for 0.2mm thick FPC. The fit can be visually confirmed. The latch uses an easy-to-operate flip cover design.

Product Features
Ultra-low profile design with a mated height of 0.95 mm and a width of 3.20 mm, saving board space.
Board space reduction: approx. 40%; Connector weight reduction: approx. 50%
(compared to our HF61 series, an 80-pin, 0.3 mm pitch connector).
◆ Models with additional hold-down tabs available
Equipped with reinforced hold-down tabs, improving operability during opening and closing of the flip lock.
The connector features dual-row staggered SMT tails with a 0.4 mm pitch, enabling easy mounting.
This makes installation very easy.
The FPC positioning mechanism enables temporary hold and precise alignment during insertion. Once locked, the FPC retention force is enhanced.
◆ Compatible With 0.2 mm Thick FPC
The reinforced hold-down tabs prevent FPC deformation, avoiding failures during insertion and removal.
◆ Flip-Lock design ensures excellent workability
The flip-lock (rotating one-action ZIF structure) ensures reliable and safe FPC connection.
An audible click is heard upon locking, preventing incomplete locking.
The bottom of the connector is sealed with resin to prevent terminal exposure.
This eliminates design restrictions on the PCB pattern, increasing design flexibility.
Embossed tape packaging supports automatic mounting. (5,000 pcs per reel)

The connector does not use chlorine or bromine exceeding standard values.
Defined in accordance with IEC 61249-2-21.
